Are you passionate about contributing to the greater good within a nonprofit environment? Rock Island County Council on Addiction (RICCA) is actively searching for a dedicated professional to lead its organization as the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a culture of excellence: Lead day-to-day operations and decision-making processes of the organization by managing personnel and upholding policies regarding hiring, training, performance reviews and conflict resolution.
- Ensure a strategic and sustainable financial approach: Oversee fiscal management by developing and managing program/organizational budgets, addressing campus infrastructure needs and costs and directing the preparation for annual financial and state audits.
- Spearhead fundraising and community outreach: Initiate and oversee community fundraising efforts, seek out and complete grant applications, represent the organization at community events and cultivate collaborative relationships within the community.
- Be a driving force in advancing our mission: Collaborate with program managers to develop and oversee program implementation that adapts to evolving community needs.
- Foster a unified vision: Facilitate engaging and productive Board Meetings, actively contributing to the creation of policies, programs, and the strategic direction of the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in managing an organization (non-profit preferred)
- Previous experience with addiction or substance abuse programming is a plus
