Required: Multi-Level Long Term Care Facility Administrator License
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our facility. This is a key leadership role that requires strong skills in operations management, social work, and senior care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support
- Oversee the financial aspects of the facility, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, adhering to all regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with families to address any concerns or issues related to resident care
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in senior care and dementia care
Skills:
- Strong operations management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices, with a focus on providing quality care for seniors
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments
- Familiarity with assisted living regulations and guidelines
- Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and financial reporting effectively
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols
