Functions as an HR advisor for various HR activities, providing thought partnership and support to managers across a portfolio of divisions and/or regions. Provides a wide spectrum of support to address manager questions and concerns regarding HR activities across the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance management, rewards, mobility, talent development, separations, etc.). Based on a deep understanding of HR’s processes, systems, and tools, the HRBP works in close partnership with the appropriate Principal HRBP to address issues and execute ‘on the ground’ solutions in support of building manager capability via consistent, scalable global processes.
What You’ll Do

Provides guidance, coaching, and training to managers (primarily at the deputy director level and below) in the execution and deployment of HR programs, policies and processes.

Partners with managers to ensure timely and effective performance management processes and feedback to employees. Works with other HR and Legal partners, when appropriate, on complex employee relations matters. Helps facilitate difficult conversations between managers and employees; provides support with process and documentation as required.

Facilitates and delivers ‘rhythm of business’ practices to support consistent, scalable global processes across divisions, in partnership with appropriate business partners and HRBP/COE partners. May provide feedback to CoE partners on local market practices to support annual process work.

Works with leaders and their discrete leadership teams (DD’s and below) to support team effectiveness; may work in partnership with BP teams and COEs to support the creation of training and coaching solutions.

Builds management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive environment that supports a high integrity culture and employee relations.

Works with leaders/managers/HR business partners on reductions in force (RIF), conducting notification meetings and preparing appropriate documentation.

Drives to consistent processes via providing guidance and execution support to managers and COE partners for HR activities such as hiring, compensation, and mobility issues; escalates to Principal HRBP or others as required for resolution.
Your Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, with 7+ years of client facing experience. Master’s degree in Business, HR, or Organizational Psychology preferred.
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
The salary range for this role is $149,800.00 - 224,600.00 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission and new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary range between the minimum and the midpoint salary range. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
