Compliance Coordinator

Summary of Position

Under the direction of the Associate Athletic Director, promote and monitor University compliance with applicable National Collegiate Athletic Association, Athletic Conferences, and University rules and regulations governing all facets of intercollegiate athletics programs. The compliance coordinator will be the primary individual responsible for administering an $11 million dollar scholarship budget, ensuring all financial aid adheres to NCAA policies, and providing appropriate education to coaches and staff regarding those NCAA rules. This position will also be responsible for monitoring recruiting, NIL and CARA activities as well as serve as a resource for student-athletes, coaches, staff and the campus community providing rule interpretations, developing and conducting rules education in addition to investigating and reporting violations of those rules.
