We are committed to supporting our employees and ensuring their professional growth and well-being. **Position Overview:** We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR functions within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements. - Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Oversee benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. - Utilize HRIS systems such as Dayforce and ADP for data collection and analysis. - Handle contract negotiations, OSHA compliance, and change management initiatives. **Skills Required:** - Proficiency in HRIS systems like Dayforce and ADP. - Experience in benefits administration and performance management. - Strong knowledge of contract negotiations and OSHA regulations. - Ability to drive change management initiatives effectively. - Skilled in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. - Proven experience in HR management roles. - Certification in HR practices is a plus. **Additional Considerations:** Industry Experience: Candidates with a strong track record in HR management across diverse industries will be highly valued. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,686.00 - $70,916.00 per year
