Job Summary
The Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Research Technician to join the Greineder lab at NCRC. Our laboratory studies targeted drug delivery and creates innovative, translational therapeutics for real-world clinical problems in rodent models. Our projects are all translational and focus on creation of new intellectual property and translation to the clinic. The lab environment is highly collaborative and all contributions are honored with co-authorship. Those looking to do real drug design and translational pharmacology are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities*
Primary responsibilities will be planning and conducting bench experiments and meticulous documentation. Analysis of data, typically with the assistance of the PI, will also be expected. The technician will have some responsibilities for lab maintenance -- e.g. participating in lab safety self-inspections, identifying/ordering supplies and key reagents, etc.

Full time Monday through Friday. Flexible schedule preferred.

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings.
