What You'll Do:
As our Medical Director, your hands-on clinical expertise will help guide people through some of their toughest challenges while leveraging your administrative leadership skills to guide your team’s organizational excellence. You’ll also collaboratively work alongside providers, nurses and other clinicians. 40% of the role will keep you engaged in hands-on care, while 60% of the role will leverage your administrative leadership skills to take our Behavioral Health team to the next level.

- Drive Quality: Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.
- Thought Leadership: Provide clinical supervision and influence across our Behavioral Health team.
- Statewide Impact: Travel throughout North Carolina to engage, collaborate and ensure our services remain best-in-class.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine who is Board Certified/Eligible in General Psychiatry.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina.
- 10+ years treating mental health disorders and dual diagnoses.
- 5+ years working with individuals with substance use disorders.
- 5+ years as a Medical Director or Associate Medical Director.
- Additional consideration given to individuals with Board Certification in Addiction Medicine.
