- Help keep the Damon Fitness Center looking clean and things in working area.
- Lifeguard a minimum of 25 hours a week.
- Schedule lifeguarding hours for the staff.
- Maintain pool clarity and cleanliness on the deck.
- Maintain the surrounding area by pressure washing.
- Maintain the pump room (backwashing, chemicals, filters, etc.)
- Record the readings daily of the pump room (temperature, Ph level, chlorine level).
- Check for safety in and around the pool.
- Work the front desk when needed.
- Provide information, directions, and any additional help that credit and non-credit students may have.
- Provide the Fitness Center Director with assistance in. monitoring the day to day. usage of the facilities by students, faculty, staff, and community members.
- Forward work/repair request as needed.
- Promote the Damon Fitness Center activities and encourage community involvement.
- Support recruitment efforts and encourage enrollment at MCC.
- Provide instruction on the use of the treadmills, AMT, and elliptical trainers as needed.
- Give tours of the facility as requested.
