Rate of Pay: $19.50/hour USD

As the Lead Ice Skating Rink Attendant, you will oversee the safety and enjoyment of our guests and their families, ensuring a fun and secure environment for children.

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, upholding the high standards of Fairmont Grand Del Mar.

• Demonstrate strong leadership by maintaining a professional and positive demeanor while engaging with members, guests, and children.

• Supervise and collaborate with staff to create a playful, organized, and safe atmosphere for children.

• Ensure that the rink and surrounding areas are kept clean and safe at all times.

• Communicate vital information and provide feedback to staff members and parents/guardians.

• Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Assist in planning and executing seasonal activities, both indoors and outdoors, while providing guidance to the team.

• 1+ year in a leadership role

• Must enjoy interacting with children

• *Reliable and energetic with strong communication skills

• Flexible schedule required

• Ability to work well with others

• Previous experience working with children is strongly recommended
