Rate: $85 - $95 / hr. w2

• Integrate systems, application programs, and hardware devices.
• Maintain, develop, design, and test various types of software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and incorporate their needs into software designs.
• Lead Agile managed projects, including generating user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Develop secure web applications and manage key management systems.

• Ten (10) plus years of experience in systems engineering on large, complex projects.
• Five (5) plus years of direct experience in Agile managed projects.
• Five (5) plus years of direct experience with secure web application development.
• Experience with the KMI Over The Network Keying (OTNK) specification and related technologies.
