- Responsible for working with partners to recruit and enroll trainees, including individuals from underrepresented populations, and ensure that recruitment materials are culturally and linguistically competent to ensure full access.
Duty/Responsibility
- Work with employer partners to ensure the participation of enough and appropriate field apprenticeship sites agree to participate in the program and are registered with the Department of Labor (DOL).

- Work with Project Coordinator in developing individualized training plans with each trainee and counsel trainees to ensure program retention and completion benchmarks are met.

- Directly oversee the development, creation and delivery of training modules using the Canvas platform.

- Work with project partners including the Community College system, Southern NH Services, adjunct instructors, and other programs for recruitment.

- Working directly with the program evaluator to ensure data are collected and available in a secure, confidential, and timely manner, this includes but not limited to completing data entry for the HRSA Employee Handbook (EHB) reporting website.

- Supervise Project Coordinator based on weekly responsibilities and achieving program benchmarks and report to the Principal Investigator.
