Essential Job Functions

• Own reporting for supply chain finance including month end DC analysis, weekly labor trends, productivity metrics and MBR presentations.
• Create reporting based on leadership input to support Petco's growth and drive a high functioning supply chain team.
• Provide volume insight while partnering with the merchandise team to create accurate monthly forecast updates.
• Engage with DC General Managers to meet monthly results and understand areas of opportunity.
• Utilize database tools such as Snowflake to dynamically retrieve warehouse data and create new reporting insights.
• Review supply chain financials to ensure accurate supply chain results.
• Maintain accountability for accurate data reporting.
• Create the annual budget file and ensure base level reporting accurately reflects future expense activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3-5 years related experience, including experience with journal entry creation, forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with utilizing an ERP (Oracle preferred) as well as a financial reporting consolidation tool (such as Essbase/Smartview) preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Microstrategy, and/or other enterprise reporting systems
• Strong ability to translate analysis into insights and findings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, working through uncertainty under various time constraints.
