Located at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, the Sanger Leadership Center serves as an important bridge between student learners and experts in both research and practice. The Center runs 120+ leadership development sessions and has over 10,000 student interactions annually. Purpose:
As the Program Manager you will design, deliver, and execute student leadership development programs, including the Michigan Ross Leader Endorsement (MRLE) and Sanger's Collaboration Lab programs. Reporting to the Director of Programming, you will oversee all aspects of projects - from design to evaluation, including budget management. You will partner with Faculty to ensure the integration of leadership development content into academic curricula, and help deliver leadership development programs.

Additional Information
The posting range for this position is $63,300-$78,150. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
