Essential Job Duties
- Preparing the exam room: Setting up the room with necessary materials, ensuring seating arrangements, and distributing exam papers or materials.
- Monitoring students: Overseeing students during the exam to prevent cheating, ensuring adherence to rules such as no talking, no unauthorized materials, and no electronic devices.
- Assisting students: Answering basic questions about the exam process, but not providing help with the exam content.
- Time management: Keeping track of time and notifying students when the exam is nearing completion.
- Managing emergencies: Handling any issues that arise, such as student health concerns or technical difficulties.
- Collecting exams: Ensuring all completed exams are collected and accounted for before students leave.

Other Required Qualifications
- Proven administrative skills such as organization, time management, and general office systems, i.e. copy machines
- Excels at customer service through both verbal and written communication
- Due to the nature of the position you will be able to multi-task, prioritize needs, and work independently.
- Demonstrated expertise skills in MS Suites (including database systems), Adobe Pro and Gmail Suites
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals with disabilities.
- Background in a university or college environment.
- Skilled in organizing and managing appointments or reservations.
- Hands-on involvement in proctoring exams with accommodations.
- Proficiency in utilizing MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Expertise in using the ClockWork Database or similar scheduling systems.
Required License or Certification
Valid NC Driver's License required
