The Client Services Assistant will support the recruitment team in assisting students, families, and visitors who contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Specific duties will include:
- Travel Plans- Communicate travels plans between the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Anthony Travel for admitted students.
- SLATE Email – Once familiar with the admissions process/calendar, responding to general emails and forwarding those emails that require the Officer of the Day (OOD)’s assessment and triage (10%)
- Other Duties - There may be other duties as assigned (manageable projects) based on performance.
Work can begin immediately once the hiring process has been successfully completed. The temporary employment is expected to conclude on or about 4/30/2025.
One or more candidates may be hired, depending upon availability and scheduling, up to a combined total of 20 hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in standard English
- Experience in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Drive, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity and/or experience using various media and customer relationship management software in relating with the public
