Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Provides strategic HR leadership and expert guidance to assigned client groups along with consultation and delivery of HR programs and services to achieve key research objectives.
* Leverages complex data and analytics to provide critical insights into business and talent trends that inform the overall business and HR priorities.
* Provides insights in a simple, creative, and relevant way that challenges current thinking, informs business decisions, and shows how decisions impact business outcomes.
* Proactively defines, builds and implements value-added HR strategies and solutions. Builds consensus and alignment around a topic and persuades others to take action.
* Leads strategic workforce planning efforts to ensure people and talent strategy is in alignment with the organization's long range strategic plan (identification of long-term capability needs, talent acquisition and succession planning).

* Establishes strategies and tactics to enable the business to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent at all levels to support the growth objectives, opportunities, and strategies of the business.
* Advises functional leaders in solving complex issues related to organization design, development, culture, engagement and change leadership.
* Works with clients to implement and manage key HR processes, such as performance management, succession planning and compensation planning.
* Builds strong partnerships with HR specialist functions such as Talent Management, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Analytics, Employee Relations and Employee Services to provide HR solutions and corporate-wide programs that enhance overall employee experience.

Required Education Level
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related, relevant discipline


Required Experience
* Typically requires 10+ years Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) experience in a related environment, preferably a manufacturing function and/or biotech or pharmaceutical industry.


Required Knowledge/Skills
* Expertise in HR solutions such as workforce planning, talent strategy, culture, employee engagement and experience, organizational design and effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, employee relations.
* Proven ability to both build and drive innovative forward-thinking strategy, as well as execute initiatives.
* Experience developing and implementing HR strategies with Research and/or Manufacturing clients in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
* High business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate multiple data sources to create and drive aligned business solutions.
* Strong influencing and relationship management skills with ability to build credible partnerships with leaders, managers, HR colleagues and employees across the organization.
* Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with capability of leading across a wide variety of areas and leadership styles.

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
