• Proactively maintaining and repairing all equipment essential to our operations.
• Documenting all maintenance and repair activities to contribute to a comprehensive database for strategic decision-making.
• Exercising mechanical expertise to determine optimal timing for ordering and stocking essential parts and supplies.
• Managing inventory levels to ensure seamless workflow continuity and minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with team members in a dynamic environment to drive efficiency and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, 
• 1 to 2 years experience. 
• Must be 18

Preferred Qualifications

• One year small engine school and hands-on training
