Billing Manager
Job Description
Job Summary:
The Billing Manager will oversee billing clerks in service center and perform day-to-day administrative duties. Compensation range is $65K-$70K depending on experience.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Audit and Process payroll for employees and contractors per payroll schedule
- Assist manager in requesting petty cash checks
- Manage, coordinate, and bill jobs per billing schedule
- Send cashier checks to treasury
- Send paperwork to proper channels
- Coordinate Final Mile jobs
- Order and maintain office supplies as needed
- Organize and file documents
- Additional Responsibilities as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Interpersonal communication
- Knowledge of company software
- Ability to multitask
- General knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Required Education and Experience:
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Required: High school diploma or GED
- Required: 3-5 years of equivalent experience
- Required: Management experience
Working Conditions:
- Indoors
- Office environment
- Sitting for long periods of time
- Frequent use of telephone
