Description
We are seeking an innovative engineer for WiFi products test software development (develop debug tools and GUI, develop device and equipment drivers for debug and test, and develop test automation). The Right candidate should be a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, with curiosity and strive to adept and success in a fast-changing development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead test engineering deliverables for new products.
  • Define test strategy and ensure test coverage, test quality and test cost are met for new products.
  • lead the test engineers for test hardware and software development of new products.
  • Ensure the test solution meets test time and yield goal for new products and achieve best in class test cost (COT) towards overall product cost
  • Collaborate with design and DFT teams to define test plans and optimize test coverage for RF and baseband functions.
  • Develop calibration and performance testing algorithms for RF parameters such as power, EVM, noise figure, and phase noise.
  • Design for manufacturability and cost to ensure smooth transition to manufacturing.
  • Develop and document test plan for new products. Design and debug test SW & HW, Coordinate ATE test related activities with both internal and external group.
  • Develop and Troubleshoot RF hardware, including load boards and probe cards, and optimize for signal integrity and performance.
  • Ensure production readiness of ATE systems, including test plan documentation, training, and ongoing support for manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure the test solution meet test time and yield goal for new products and achieve best in class test cost (COT) towards overall product cost
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
Minimum 8 years ATE Test Engineering experience using tools like Teradyne UltraFLEX and Advantest 93k

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong RF/Analog/ Power products test knowledge and DFT knowledge
  • Experience working with OSATs for test solution development, deployment and mass production.
  • Hands on experience in Test Hardware development, Load board and probe card design.
  • Hands on experience in test Software development, correlation and release process
  • Experience in ATE Char/Qual Programs development
  • Familiar in Programming languages ( C, C++ , Visual Basic, Python, etc )
  • Thorough industry knowledge and experience in semiconductor test engineering across a wide range of automated test equipment such as Teradyne, Advantest, etc.
  • Ability to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc).
  • Strong understanding of Design for Test and requirements needed to test semiconductors thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Familiar with wireless communication standards (e.g., IEEE 802.11, Bluetooth, etc).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in RF SoC design verification and validation.
  • Hands on ATE test hardware design and debug.
  • Familiarity with production processes, including wafer sort and final test operations.
