Job Summary
Provide highly responsible and skilled operational support to the Division of Surgical Oncology. Perform administrative support for three Surgical Faculty within the Section of General Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology and Veterans Administration and one Research Faculty within the Department of Surgery.

The General Surgery office operates in a hybrid work environment consisting of both in-person and remote work. This Monday-Friday position will be working 3 days per week onsite in the A. Alfred Taubman Health Care Center within Michigan Medicines Ann Arbor Medical Campus.
Modes of Work

Background Screening
Michigan Medicine conducts background screening and pre-employment drug testing on job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent job offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background screenings. Background screenings are performed in compliance with the Fair Credit Report Act. Pre-employment drug testing applies to all selected candidates, including new or additional faculty and staff appointments, as well as transfers from other U-M campuses.
