Summary of Position

Under the administrative supervision of the Executive Director – UNH Biotechnology Innovation Center & ReGen Valley Common Campus, the ReGen Valley Common Campus Senior Program Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of the ReGen Valley Common Campus (“RVCC”).

The ReGen Valley Common Campus is a collaborative and integrated consortium that is focused on propelling the workforce of the nascent biofabrication industry in ReGen Valley.
In the context of the Common Campus model, the RVCC Senior Program Manager will be primarily responsible for working with constituent institutions (academic institutions, industry, community programs) to form meaningful strategic partnerships.

  • Experience in higher education preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication techniques
  • Experience successfully communicating/presenting to industry C-Suite and/or upper administration in higher-ed
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in biotechnology, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience developing new programs or initiatives
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is highly desirable

Duty/Responsibility

  • Routinely engage with Common Campus constituents to ensure transparent information flow
  • Coordinate and work with Common Campus academic and training institutions to align curriculum to industry
  • Organize and drive efforts to create transfer credit pathways and agreements amongst Common Campus academic institutions
  • Identify resources (space, equipment, etc) across the Common Campus and advocate for shared utilization, including the development of shared-use agreements
  • Identify and nurture strategic collaborations between Common Campus institutions
  • Develop and produce marketing collateral across various platforms, including print, digital media, and social media channels
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the Common Campus website and CRM systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience

Duty/Responsibility

  • Routinely engage with ReGen Valley Common Campus industry constituents to identify workforce needs
  • Create and implement strategies to drive industry engagement in RVCC-based programs and events
  • Provide information, through a RVCC-based CRM, to academic constituents regarding industry needs and engagement
  • Communicate learning and training opportunities offered by Common Campus institutions

Duty/Responsibility

  • Plan, facilitate, and deliver ReGen Valley Common Campus meetings and events, including annual convening meetings
  • Coordinate with RVCC constituents to support their biofabrication-related events, including trainings, career fairs, informational sessions, etc
  • In conjunction with the RVCC Workforce Counselor, conduct visits at high-schools, training centers, institutions of higher learning, etc., to educate the broader workforce of career opportunities in biofabrication
