Job Summary

Health Information Technology and Services (HITS) is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to help shape the future of our web presence and design solutions that improve Michigan Medicine employees' access to essential resources. As a key Customer Success team member, you?ll bring a passion for U/X research, accessibility, and service design, collaborating with customers and technical teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered IT services and support. Strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences are essential.

Background Screening
