This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Located at 4S Ranch. This is an exempt and salaried position eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP) at the Director level.

What you'll do:
- Oversees Scripps Coastal Hospitalist Group, Coastal Centralized Contact Center, Coastal Provider Resources Team and Southern Region Outpatient Clinics.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple outpatient patient care units or departments, including financial and operational performance, service excellence and internal communications.
- Works with the management staff of the practice unit and departments to coordinate strategic planning of business units and the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices and non-physician staff.
- Provides leadership and direction to directors, managers, supervisors and leads to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes and internal and external customer service.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
- Bachelor's degree plus seven years of direct management experience in the healthcare industry and five years overall leadership experience.
- Ability to effectively direct healthcare business and operational practices.
- Ability to develop long-term plans for healthcare operations.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other applicable systems.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills Certification:
- Master's degree and specific skills experience in outpatient clinic operations.
- Lean process improvement experience.

Minimum Rate (USD): 89.42 - Maximum Rate (USD): 129.92
