The Department of Performing Arts at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor of Dance for the Spring, 2025 beginning January 23, 2025. This position is to teach Dance 100: Contemporary Forms: Hip Hop. 

• BA, BFA, or MFA in Dance or equivalent professional teaching/choreographic experience in the field, with particular emphasis on Hip Hop and related street styles, history and choreography.

• Extensive understanding of Hip Hop and street dance culture

• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required 

• Past experience teaching at an institution of higher education

• Professional experience performing and/or choreographing in Hip Hop and related street dance styles.
