* 8+ years Project
Management experience
* Cybersecurity
focus. Must have strong experience managing Cybersecurity related projects.
Track record of experience driving security related projects to successful completion. Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity capabilities, key processes
and controls, and technologies
* Has led IT projects >$500k - will work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience managing 3rd party vendors as part of the project team. Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding review findings and make cost effective recommendations to management
* Experience with traditional project management tools (e.g. MS Project, etc.)
PREFERRED
* Experience with Operational Technology (OT) - Industrial Control Systems (i.e. SCADA, PLC's, DCS, etc.), access control systems, etc.
* PMP certification
* Cybersecurity
certification (i.e. CISSP, GISP, GIAC, CISA, etc.)
* Bi-lingual in Spanish
OVERVIEW
This position will report into the IT PMO and manage Cybersecurity related projects including:
*Identity and Access Mgmt
*OT (Operational Technology)
*Data Protection
Ideal candidate would be bi-lingual with some prior experience related to OT in energy sector, or really any sector with Industrial Operations Systems (SCADA, et al).
JOB DUTIES
*Project Management. directly responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, deliverable quality, resource management, and communications with team members and stakeholders.
* End-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity projects that successfully meet business objectives.
*Provides leadership and inspiration to project team members (both internal and externa.)
*Manages third party vendors to ensure they deliver the value and services as contracted.
*Works closely with business and IT stakeholders to meet expectations and deliver maximum value to the business.
*Manage and lead all aspects of project planning and execution to meet the project objectives and deliver value (includes, but is not limited to, clearly defining scope and acceptance criteria, schedule development/tracking, resource planning, budget planning/reporting, risk/issue management, stakeholder management, communications and training.
*CYBERSECURITY FOCUS:
oLead discussions with cybersecurity, IT and business stakeholders to scope, estimate and prioritize solutions that deliver business value. Develop and present business cases to secure project funding.
oProactively engage IT/cyber resource managers, application/system owners and multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are adequately resourced. Address multiple competing priorities using tactful negotiation and communications skills.
oMaintain awareness of evolving cybersecurity threats, best practices security controls, and technologies
*Manage all aspects of vendor lifecycle - vendor selection (RFP/RFQ/Sole Source), staffing, execution, quality, etc. Collaborate with supply management, cybersecurity and other internal stakeholders, and comply with company policies and processes
