Position Overview
Rider University’s Department of Performing Arts Arts & Entertainment Industries Management program seeks a part-time (adjunct) Arts Outreach/Education specialist to teach Arts Outreach & Education, in person, starting Spring 2025.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching industry-specific terminology, transferrable skills and best practices in Arts Outreach to undergraduate students of Arts & Entertainment Industries Management, in person, at Rider’s Lawrenceville NJ campus. Course meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:10 PM-2:40 PM January 27 – May 2 (finals thru May 9) 2025.Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Advanced degree in Arts Management, or related discipline(s) or minimum seven years professional Arts Management experience.
- Minimum seven years’ professional Stage Management experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
MA or PhD in Arts Management
Teaching experience at the collegiate level
