Salary range: $80K to $110K*

Position Overview:
As our new Leadership Development Trainer, you would be integral in curating Vibrant’s world class leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and growing leaders, an understanding of instructional design for adult learners, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate at all levels. The ideal candidate will work in collaboration with the Director of Learning and Development to create a 12-month Leadership Development program.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders to define needs and develop leadership and professional development curriculum
- Collaboration with key stakeholders on the training team and others at the organization
- Lead company-wide leadership development initiatives
- Design and/or tailor courses and programs to meet leadership development needs
- Program and participant management for leadership development workshops & mentorship programs
- Manage project plans, vendor management, resources and budget allocation if necessary
- Partner with Diversity and Inclusion(D&I) and other internal experts to incorporate D&I, values, strategy, and competencies into new and existing programs
- Develop an assessment strategy for major program investments to determine impact and effectiveness and be able to diagnose course correction as necessary
- Manage leadership competencies and ensure leadership curriculum is clearly mapped to competencies
- Establish and manage internal mentoring program for leaders
- Design and manage Onboarding program for new and experienced hires
- Facilitate workshops in coaching and development, change management, and employee development
- Partner with People Operations Leadership, HR Business Partners and other centers of excellence to successfully implement leadership and employee development initiatives, using change management and communication approaches to gain organizational buy-in and support
- Source external programs as needed based on specific development plans of Senior Leaders
- Manage implementation plans for new programs and schedule for existing programs
- Data management and metrics tracking from participant surveys
- Collaboration with stakeholders, internal and external, to refine and optimize training programs
- Facilitate remote and in person training and coaching workshops
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Understanding of leadership principles, theories, and best practices, with the ability to apply them in a practical and results-oriented manner
- Ability to measure and analyze learning data
- Facilitation and public speaking skills
- Oral and written communication skills across multiple levels
- Interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate across stakeholders
- Strong understanding of online tools: Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, Instructional Design Tools (Articulate), and Remote learning tools such as Zoom.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong time and project management skills
- Leadership, feedback and coaching skills.
- Ability to identify and work through problems and conflicting issues in a clear and diplomatic manner
- Experience with Diversity and Inclusion and/or cross-cultural programs a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in a combination of Leadership Development, Performance Consulting/Coaching, Learning and Development, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design is required.
- 3+ years’ experience designing learning and development curriculum using multiple delivery methods, distance learning options, and blended learning
- 2+ years’ experience using a Learning Management System and other learning technologies for training administration, reporting, and blended learning delivery. Workday Learning experience a plus
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Must be willing and able to work and travel as needed, up to 25% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing mentorship programs
- Experience working in a non-profit organization.
- Experience working with Workday Learning
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and potential roadblocks
