Agile Coach and Digital Transformation Lead

Key Role:

Drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile(SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. Work to drive the adoption of the Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools, while coaching and mentoring team members. Lead multiple ARTs from end-to-end and deliver SAFe training and workshops, including leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, and Values Stream Identification. Help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevOps, and automation. Lead discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking on commitments, pace, and quality.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated agile transformation

  • Experience as an Agilist, leading agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach

  • Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks

  • Experience with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA, and Confluence, to include building out leadership dashboards in Confluence, pulling data from JIRA

  • Knowledge of Software Delivery Life Cycle or Systems Engineering Life Cycle and Agile Management tools

  • Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • PMI, CSM, CAL, ICAgile, or other Agile Certifications, Scrum Master Certification, or Agile Coach Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with supporting the Navy or DoD

  • Experience in working with senior executive leaders in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with supporting IC or DoD Acquisition Category or Business Category programs

  • Knowledge of human centered design or customer experience, requirements management, agile development, test driven design, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps

  • Knowledge of DoD Program Management Office (PMO) responsibilities

  • TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
