SUNY FMCC is seeking candidates for a full-time, grant-funded, tenure-track position to teach a variety of human services courses, beginning January 22, 2025. Candidates must be committed to the mission of community colleges and teaching students who have a wide range of academic abilities. Duties include, but are not limited to, planning, evaluation, and assessment of student learning and program curriculum.

Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a closely related field is required. Criminal Justice or Addiction Services background preferred. Teaching experience is preferred, preferably at the two-year college level, as is experience with assessment of student learning.

Salary/Benefits: Salary is $61,764 with an excellent benefits package including a NYS Pension Plan.

Anticipated start date of January 13, 2025. Recruiting will continue until a successful candidate have been identified.
