The Research Technician position will perform daily research duties associated with projects, such as genome editing, plant transformation, PCR, digital microscopy, DNA/RNA extraction, cell & tissue culture, and statistical analysis. The technician must be able to manage research projects, conduct experiments, compile data, and participate in lab meetings and/or presentations. This position will work with multiple students and scientists in an open, shared lab space; therefore, we seek someone who can maintain the team work, is cooperative, and time flexible.

- Experience with statistical analysis (R and Python)
- Experience in plant science research
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- Masters in Biological Sciences or related field
